Our Community Food Drive will take place March 16, 2022, 11am at 3602 Milford Mill Rd.

This month’s meetup features two power houses in our community.
Mr. and Mrs. Owen and Janet Tonkins. They are the founders of A*R*T* Enterprises LLC.
Together they have over 25 years of diversified real estate experience.
Mrs. Janet Tonkins is known as the Baltimore Real Estate Diva, The Cashflow Queen, and the Lady in Red because she buys houses like other woman buy shoes!
On average their company is averaging 4 houses per month or more and has over 100 houses in their Residential Portfolio! Over the years they have participated, developed, and rehabilitated over $1.4 Billion dollars in quality commercial, affordable and mixed used housing.
They were the developers and partners in the Baltimore Eastside Redevelopment (Johns Hopkins Hospital Area) along with Forest City Development Company (and several other minority partners) where they are part owners of three $110 Million Dollar Bio-Tech Labs, a 150 Unit Apartment building, a parking garage and have completed the sale of 79 newly built luxury town homes in Hopkins’s area in partnership with Ryan Homes.
They are currently in the process of developing a 74-unit apartment building which is a $37 Million Dollar Project. They are the First African Americans to build from the ground up in the City of Paterson New Jersey.
With their sacrifice and dedication over the years it has changed the trajectory for themselves, and their families lives. They are teachers at heart, with the aspirations to continue inspiring and motivating our African American youth and adults all over the globe.
