Full Refund Eligibility:

• Full refunds are available for students who request a refund before the completion of the first 3 classes in the BWSCC Career Prep Cybersecurity Program.

• Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the program administration. Refund

 

Process:

• Upon receiving a refund request, the program administration will review and process the request within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Refund After One Week of Classes:

• After the completion of one full week of classes, no refunds will be provided.

• However, students who are unable to continue the program after the first week may receive a credit for their tuition fees towards a future class offering of the BWSCC Career Prep Cybersecurity Program. Credit Policy:

• Credits for future classes will be valid for up to one year from the date of the initial payment.

• Students must inform the program administration of their intent to use the credit towards a future class.

• Credits cannot be transferred to another individual. Exceptions:

• Exceptions to this refund policy may be granted under extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal situations.

• Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation.
